Bluesfest at the Dog

We had quite a weekend! Great time at the Red Dog, our first show in Peterborough and it couldn't have been more fun. Many, many thanks to Brock Stonefish for opening up for us and joining us onstage for a smokin' version of Texas Flood. Not only is he a helluva Bluesman, but he's a super nice guy. Dude, if you ever need an opening act, look us up!! Make sure you go to Brock's website and listen to some of his tunes, you won't regret it. For those not familiar with Brock, he opened for BB King last year, and he also appears on "Rez Blues".

Last night was East Side's again, plenty of laughs as always. Thanks again to all the regulars for showing up and supporting us. I think the highlight was watching the Mayor Of Cambray cut a rug on the dancefloor.....

Kyle let the rest of us in on his upcoming CD at rehearsal this week, and we were totally blown away. He's written some original tunes which are just killer; when he's done in the studio we'll have some cuts up on the site. The best news (in my opinion!) is that he's covering my favorite Brian Jonestown Massacre song. Man, that kid's got good taste in music :)

I'm having some issues uploading files to our ISP, but as soon as I get that resolved we'll have some new audio/video up on the site.

Anyway, the next show is at the Winchester Arms this coming Friday (March 2nd), so we hope to see you there.
