There's no place like A Place Called Home

Well, it's Wednesday night, and I just got home from playing the Homelessness Awareness fundraiser at East Side Mario's. As always, a great time playing there for Tim and Wendy and the crew. We really want to thank everyone who helped put the event together; Lorrie, Zita, Tim.....everybody involved.

Like I've said before, I work a lot with A Place Called Home, and I really can't say enough about the work they do. If anybody is looking to support a local non-profit group, either with money or time, I seriously couldn't direct you to a more worthy bunch. For real.

Continuing with the thanks, I would like to shout out to my associates from the Legal Clinic who headed down all the way from Orillia. Man, do you guys know how to cut a rug, it reminded me of last year's planning conference ;)

And speaking of cutting a rug, Soundman Steve was in fine form as usual, doing backup vocals on Hey Jude and generally boogie-ing all night long. HUGE thanks to Steve for donating his time and effort. A gentleman and a scholar....
Bedtime,
A.
